Yes! All our plugins are 100% free and open source. They are available on WordPress.org and GitHub. No premium versions, no upsells, no hidden costs.
How do I get support for your plugins?
For plugin support, please use the WordPress.org support forums for each plugin. For bug reports and feature requests, you can also open issues on our GitHub repositories.
Do your plugins work with my theme?
Our plugins are designed to work with any properly coded WordPress theme. They follow WordPress coding standards and use standard hooks and filters.
Are your plugins compatible with the latest WordPress and WooCommerce?
Yes! All our plugins are tested and compatible with WordPress 6.9 and WooCommerce 10.3.6 (December 2025). We update our plugins promptly when new versions are released.
2 Atlas Dynamic Messages
How does the cache-compatible countdown work?
Unlike traditional countdown plugins that render the time server-side (which gets cached), Atlas Dynamic Messages uses a smart client-side approach. The plugin sends the countdown end time to the browser, and JavaScript calculates the remaining time locally. This means your countdowns are always accurate, even on fully cached pages.
Which caching plugins are supported?
Atlas Dynamic Messages works with ALL caching solutions including LiteSpeed Cache, WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, WP Super Cache, Cloudflare, and any other caching plugin or CDN. No cache exclusions needed!
Can I customize the appearance of the countdown messages?
Yes! The plugin includes multiple layout options and you can customize colors, text, and positioning. You can also add custom CSS for further customization.
Can I show different messages on different pages?
Yes! You can configure messages to appear on product pages, cart, checkout, or any combination. You can also set different messages for different days and times.
3 Transfer Brands
What is WooCommerce native Brands?
Starting with WooCommerce 9.4 (stable in 9.6), WooCommerce includes a built-in Brands feature. This provides a proper taxonomy for product brands with dedicated archive pages, improving SEO and organization.
Will Transfer Brands delete my existing brand data?
No! The plugin is non-destructive by default. It copies your brand data to the new taxonomy while keeping your original attributes intact. You can optionally delete the old data after verifying the transfer.
Does the plugin transfer brand images?
Yes! Transfer Brands automatically detects and transfers brand images from 30+ popular themes including Woodmart, Porto, Flatsome, and more. It also supports images from plugins like Perfect Brands and YITH Brands.
What if something goes wrong during the transfer?
The plugin creates a complete backup before any transfer operation. If anything goes wrong, you can use the built-in rollback feature to restore your original data. We also recommend creating a site backup before major operations.
How long does the transfer take?
The plugin uses batch processing to handle large stores efficiently. A store with 1,000 products typically completes in under a minute. You can adjust the batch size in settings if needed.
